Our fees will also vary depending on the number of properties we manage for you. Whilst we are happy to manage just one property for you, we are also experienced enough to manage an entire portfolio with many properties; our fees will vary depending on your requirements.
As members of the Southern Landlords Association we abide by their Code of Conduct and with over 40 years of experience in the Southampton lettings market we know the current market rates and the standard of service expected by landlords and tenants alike. We provide high quality customer service, which is one of the reasons we have been so successful.
Homelife Lettings fees remain competitive but even better our landlords do not pay anything until their property has been rented out to suitable and approved tenants (we will carry out background checks on tenants or gain guarantors for students).

What Do Our Fees Cover?
Depending on the range of services you select to be supplied by Homelife Lettings our fees will vary to cover the different aspects selected.
Services include providing a central point of contact for good customer service for landlord and tenants as well as basics such as organising the necessary certificates required by law.
Tenants’ deposits will be held securely with the government approved mydeposits.co.uk to give tenants peace of mind and to help make things easier (and cheaper) for landlords should a dispute over the deposit occur.
Other services, which attract separate fees, cover marketing of your property , finding a tenant , inventories, management and 24 hour maintenance (for emergency repairs) and routine maintenance (during office hours) as well as regular reports and collection of rentals.
Service charges by external providers such as charges fro gas certificates will not be included in our fees.
